Join Chris DeVuono, a Senior Strategist from Calgary based digital experience design agency, Critical Mass, as he shares journey mapping tips to help you put your customers first. This introductory level session will highlight a step-by-step approach anyone can use to visualize an experience. You’ll work through the basic questions and components critical to understanding the path to purchase and keeping up with the demands of today's complex consumer.

Chris DeVuono, Senior Strategist at Critical Mass

Chris’ agency career is more than 12 years in the making, with over 7 years being dedicated to planning and strategy. His passion, when not scuba diving, or riding his Harley, is to understand people, and how human nature and behaviour drive consumer expectations. Before joining Critical Mass in 2016, Chris was developing both his strategic and creative expertise in the agency world which included 8 years with McCann. Chris’ industry experience is diverse, spanning automotive, tech, agriculture and government including clients such as General Motors, Imperial Oil, GoDaddy, Bayer CropScience, RBC, and AT&T.
