About the Presenter:
Rob Schorn is a Portfolio Director at SITA. He leads a team of product and portfolio managers committed to helping airlines adapt to changing market and customer needs with a specific focus on enhanced retailing and channel capabilities. He has responsibility for the overall portfolio strategy and direction of SITA’s global airline business which serves customers in 48 countries. Prior to joining SITA in 2006, Rob worked in pricing and revenue management roles at Air Canada and WestJet. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Calgary.
