Andrew Browne, Co-founder of TikTiks & Business Development Advisor for Startup Calgary and the Calgary Innovation Coalition
Andrew is a founder, community builder, and lean startup strategist. Graduating from Mount Royal University's Innovation and Entrepreneurship program set the stage for a career as a serial entrepreneur, having worked with hundreds of founders locally and abroad across a broad range of industries, along with starting a number of his own companies. Andrew brings a curious and creative mind-sight to the conversation with expertise in business model development and validation and skills in early stage product development, business development and fundraising.
Adam Cragg, Founding Parter of Quake Capital
Quake was recently named to Forbes’ list of top ten VCs globally and by CrunchBase as the #2 investor in female-founded startups. Adam has a deep experience with commercializing university intellectual property into promising startups. While Chief of Staff of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center, Adam created MIT's Corporate Innovation Program. The program brought together the most forward-thinking Fortune 500 companies through an MIT developed curriculum to foster intrapreneurship and inform their corporate venture capital projects. Working in conjunction with the Executive Education Entrepreneurship, organized the Center's biannual Entrepreneurship Development Program. Each one-week course brought in over 100 mid-level executives for an intensive series of workshops during which teams learned to validate an idea and bring it to market.

The Terrace View Room is located on the fifth floor of the Global Business Centre. The Global Business Centre is located at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.
Please enter through the North Calgary TELUS Convention Centre lobby (located at 136 8th Ave SE) , turn left at the customer service desk. From the customer service desk you will walk to the right of the escalator and walk straight ahead to the elevator on the right hand side. Take the elevator to the fifth floor to reach the Terrace View Room.
Directions from the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre Parkade:
The Calgary Parking Authority runs a 433-stall underground parkade (Lot 60) at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre (located at 727 – 1st Street SE). From the parkade you will take the elevator to the lobby. Once off the elevator, turn right and walk around the customer service desk. From the customer service desk you will walk to the right of the escalator and walk straight ahead to the elevator on the right hand side. Take the elevator to the fifth floor to reach the Terrace View Room.
