Mental Health First Aid is an evidence based program of the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
About this course: The course will take place over two full days in northwest Calgary AB on the University of Calgary campus, exact location TBA. Snacks and coffee will be provided, and there is a one hour break for lunch. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from Mental Health First Aid Canada. This certificate is nationally and internationally recognized.
About the instructor: Lee Thomas is a mental health speaker and writer based in Calgary, AB. They have experience presenting to groups of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds, and has taught programs all across Canada.
