Understanding customer behavior is the foundation of all successful startups! This 6 week applied program will teach entrepreneurs how to engage customers and discover their motivations, preferences, and needs. Participants will be expected to conduct multiple customer interviews, reporting results of those interviews, and continue to mold their business model on a weekly basis. By the end of the program, participants will analyze their results to determine viability of their opportunity, and be positioned to build a minimum viable product based on customer feedback.
Participants are expected to commit at least 15 hours/week for in class sessions and homework deliverables.

May 29 - Solving a Problem
June 12 - Competition and Status Quo
June 26 - Presentations
Recommended Prerequisite: Business Model Canvas 301 with Startup Calgary
